Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Leagzr platform operated by Remonter Solutions Inc.. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register as a league owner or admin.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

League owners and admins are independent controllers of player and participant data they collect through their league. You are responsible for:

• Publishing your own league privacy notice and lawful basis for processing player data.
• Obtaining valid consent or another lawful basis for registrations, waivers, and communications.
• If you enable game-day face tagging: ensuring players (not admins) grant biometric consent, that youth matching stays off without recorded guardian biometric consent, and that Quebec Law 25 notice is complete before enablement where it applies.
• Honoring data subject requests for league-held data in a timely manner, including enrollments and tagged game-day photos.
• Ensuring published content (schedules, photos, stats) complies with applicable law and participant expectations.

Where Leagzr processes player data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies in addition to these Terms.

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory activity.
• Do not attempt to breach security, scrape the service excessively, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload malware or content you do not have rights to distribute.
• Do not misrepresent your league or impersonate others.

Court Cam live streaming and game recordings (when included on your plan) are subject to fair-use limits published on our pricing page. Unless otherwise stated for Pro, those limits are up to two concurrent live streams, 60 streaming hours per calendar month, and 30-day recording retention.

• Streaming is for your league’s scheduled games and related court/venue coverage — not general-purpose broadcast hosting, continuous venue CCTV, or redistribution of third-party content.
• We may throttle, pause, or reject new publishes when concurrent or monthly limits are exceeded, and may delete recordings after the retention window.
• Abuse (for example, automated mass publishes, key sharing outside your admins, or attempts to bypass plan gates) may result in suspension of streaming features.
• Limits may change with reasonable notice as infrastructure costs and product packaging evolve.

Game-day photo albums and optional face tagging (when included on Pro and enabled for your league) are for league operations: uploading game photos and reviewing suggested player tags. Face matching is a suggestion only. You must confirm or reject tags in Leagzr. Do not treat unreviewed suggestions as attendance, identity verification, or a public identification of a participant. You may publish an album to logged-in members of your league. Published photos may show confirmed player names. Unreviewed suggestions stay admin-only. Face matching is not shown on the public league site.

• Only the player may grant biometric consent for matching in your league. Admins may withdraw matching (operational off) but cannot enroll another person.
• Purpose is limited to tagging admin albums. Do not use the feature for access control, surveillance, or publishing unconfirmed face matches.
• We may disable face matching for a league (kill switch) or for the platform if legal, safety, or capacity issues arise.
• Youth matching stays off when a waiver records the player as a minor, pending counsel guidance. Manual tags remain available. Publishing an album can show a manually tagged minor to logged-in league members and in that player's Photos of me.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Applicable sales tax / VAT / GST/HST may be calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing address; list prices are tax-exclusive unless we state otherwise. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

When a League enables tax collection on season registration payments, the League is the merchant of record for that charge and is responsible for remitting collected tax. Leagzr application fees on registration are platform service fees, not government tax, and are calculated on the pre-tax registration amount.

Leagzr retains all rights in the platform software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
