Digital waivers

Each season can have waiver templates. Open the season’s Waivers page in the admin dashboard to create templates, review who has signed, and send reminders when your plan allows it.

When you create a template, you can start from the common liability waiver. Fill in your company legal name, the name you operate under, and the email players should use to withdraw photo and video consent. The generated text is saved as the waiver players sign. Have a lawyer review it for your league before you require signatures.

• Free: 1 template per season, 25 signatures per month, 90-day retention.
• Premium: 5 templates, 250 signatures/month, parent/guardian signing, version history, automated reminders, longer retention.
• Pro: unlimited templates and signatures (fair use), same Premium compliance features, plus marketing for audit/compliance export as those tools expand.

On Premium and Pro, minors can be signed for by a parent or guardian during the signing flow. Free plans cannot use guardian signing.

Premium and Pro can send email reminders to players who still need to sign. Use the Waivers compliance tools on the season page.
